August Assembly 2021

This Sunday we will be joined by Alex Wellerstein! Alex is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Science and Technology Studies program at the College of Arts and Letters at the Stevens Institute of Technology. Join us as he discusses a few prominent myths about the large-scale operation of science that are out of joint with what academic historians of science have known for some time, and why a deeper understanding of the present and future of science depends on a better understanding of its past.
--------
We will enjoy singalongs from various musical artists, breakout rooms and a fun community-filled day, hosted by Amy Boyle!
--------
All of this will happen via "Zoom!" IMPORTANT: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZcqd--tqjsoG9dhgEGZ6etaQIKHMBjptdEP
