Lifeworks is the place where we use our minds to learn how we can life better lives.

This month we will be discussing The Zen of Listening by Rebecca Z. Shafir.

Shafir is a certified speech/language pathologist and communications expert.

Through this group we’ll be exploring how you can build closer, more trusting relationships with the people who matter most in your life, like your partner or your kids. We’ll also talk about the ways that mindful listening can help you to be a better friend, and more effective at work.

Afterwards we’ll be going out for Indian food. Due to the size of the meeting space this group is limited to 10 participants.
