En lieu of our regularly scheduled March 8th Assembly, we’re meeting under the covered picnic area in Mother’s Beach in MdR.

Our venue double booked this weekend and cancelled our contract for March 8th! Fuck it, we’re going to the beach! 

So if you’re up for spending time with your SALA fam--bureaucracy, Daylight Saving Time and plagues be damned--meet us at the pavilions at Mother’s Beach for potluck, conversation, song and that secular community thing we do. 

Some things we love about this 

• The stellar a capella atheist choir Voices of Reason is already unplugged
• SALA Kids can hang at the playground
• Tons of parking on site (for a fee)
• We can steer clear of a lot of the LA marathon traffic 
• Covered picnic tables with charcoal grills
• A chance to get together before we’re all quarantined!
• Why not, really?
